One word – excellent. The people here are friendly, supportive, passionate and have a great sense of pride. Much of the work I do is about introducing and managing change. People are habitual, and are used to a certain ways of doing things. So, convincing others of the need to change is often a challenge. The secret to overcome this is to involve people early in the change process, allow them the space to see the issue through a different lens, to generate the solution and own the change itself.
